AUSSIE MAX-PLUS®
The regular AUSSIE MAX-PLUS is installed in all compatiable Mercedes sedan models.
In addition to REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY the AUSSIE MAX-PLUS includes the following features standard
- FLIP-OUT KEY REMOTES Now comes in two Mercedes styles to match your car. The SWITCH-BLADE type KES 400, or SMART-KEY type KES 424. (Key Blanks included). Each AUSSIE MAX-PLUS system supports up to six remote fobs. Replacement remote fobs are available.-
- PARKING LIGHT CONFIRMATION illuminates the parking lights upon Locking and Un--Locking the car. No external relay is required, as it’s already included in the control box. Just connect one wire directly to the Taillight connector. *see light install
- FINDER Push the Finder button on the remote control and the parking lights will flash for 30 seconds, without un-locking the car or disarming the alarm. (Useful in a crowded car park at night)
- TRUNK RELEASE A power output is provided for Trunk-Pop to which you may attach any device of your choice. Push the Un-Lock button for 3 seconds
- MERCEDES® FACTORY ALARM CONTROL Automatically controls your cars original Mercedes factory alarm system. (Alarm not required).

AUSSIE MAX-PLUS® - TE / TD version
The AUSSIE MAX-PLUS - TE/TD version, keyless entry is ONLY required on w124 TE/TD station wagon models, NOT sedans.
The AUSSIE MAX-PLUS TE/TD version has all the same features found in the regular sedan model listed above, but with the addition of extra internal relays and electronics to control the Mercedes factory alarm in a station wagon. (Sedan alarm activation is different to that found in the wagons).
Note: In a TE/TD station wagon, you can also install the standard Aussie Max-Plus version for sedans listed above, which is cheaper, but it won't control the Mercedes factory alarm, only the central locking. But your keys will still control the alarm in the front doors.

COMPATIBLE MERCEDES MODELS
If you can centrally lock your car with the key from the trunk, the AUSSIE MAX-PLUS will work.
(It is important you test your trunk / tailgate with the key before ordering, as some early models before 1984 did not include central locking from the trunk, which is equired.( No alarm is required.)
