1: Mercedes Convenience Control Support ?
1: CONVENIENCE CONTROL: That’s where the Mercedes central locking system automatically closes the windows and sunroof upon locking the car, if you hold the key in the locked position for a few seconds. (If fitted). This option was fitted only on some w124 models from 1994 to 1995.
No sorry, convenience control is NOT supported with the Max-Plus system. The remote keyless system will NOT close the windows and sunroof.
Furthermore, If you have convenience control fitted in your car, not only will you not be able to control the convenience control with the keyless remote, but the door KEYS will no longer control the convience control once the Aussie Max-Plus Keyless system is installed. This is because the trunk vacuum actuatar has been taken out of the central locking control electrical circuit. (The trunk still centrally locks with all the car via the vacuum line, even if it has been taken out of the electrical circuit).
It is unlikely you will want to put your key in the door lock and activate the convenience control when you will be using the remote to do the locking and un-locking of the car.
